Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receiving payment confirmation. However, if an order is received after hours, it will be organised for the next morning to be processed. Some limitations apply if an item is "out of stock" and must be shipped from one of our store locations, this can take an extra day to process.

Is my package insured?

All of our packages are insured and covered to the cost of the goods included. For whatever reason an item goes missing the customer will not be responsible for the costs.

My Package Came Damaged

All Items that are received damaged must documented by taking a photo and contact us using the Contact Us page.

Can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order by using your tracking ID sent to you via email when a item is dispatched. Please use the follow link to track the package with Australia Post.

If you haven't received the tracking email and you're a Website or AM VIP member please login in to the account page.

If you're a guest please use the guest shipping status page.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this current time we are not currently shipping items internationally. New Zealand Shipments will open up in January 2015.

My order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't' arrived, please double check the tracking number for the location of the package. If the Australia Post Tracking number is not valid and you only placed the order the day before, please allow 1-2 Days for tracking to update. If you still can't find where your package is please give us a call us at 02 9502 6200.

How do I return an Item?

To return an item please contact us to lodge a claim, using the email below will ensure this is organised properly. If you're an AM VIP member all return costs are covered by using an Australia Post Prepaid Label. Please send us an email below to lodge an AM VIP return or exchange.

My Order isn't the same as what I purchased?

If an item is not what you ordered and differs from the product you purchased online, please let us know and we'll cover all costs to replace the item with the correct one. If the item is not available we're happy to offer you a similar product at a reduced price or a full refund.

How long does it take to return an item?

A returned item it will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the package. We will follow the directions in your return lodgement email and action the request as follows.

Do you offer Refunds?

We offer refunds on all our orders and products purchased online, claims must be made within 30 Days of receiving the order. If the order is a change of mind refund you must cover the shipping costs back to us. AM VIP Members receive free returns over $99. If an item is purchased in-store please refer to our In-store policy.
